What currency are the prices?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, typically within 2-days.

What if there is an issue with my order?
If your product is damaged during transit, the shipping insurance will cover the item.

Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it ships.

How long does shipping take?
Order fulfillment for in-stock items is 2-days.

Can I order direct?

Yes!  Send us an email with your Order and your Address. We will calculate shipping charges and email you the full amount including shipping. Checks or Money Orders accepted.  Orders will ship when payment clears the bank.
